1. Shipping Information
1.1 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Domestic Shipping (Tanzania)
We deliver across Tanzania through the following methods:

Local Delivery within Dar es Salaam (same day delivery available).

Upcountry Delivery via bus cargo companies such as Abood, BM, Muro, and others (delivery within 1–2 days).

Tanzania Postal Service (EMS/Posta) available upon request.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.

1.4 Order Tracking

2. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. DJ Travella Store is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
3. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund Options

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be handled as follows:

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), DJ Travella Store will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference, sizing issues, or incorrect order details, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once orders are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is handled by the courier. In the event of delayed, lost, or stolen parcels, we will assist in tracking and filing claims but are not liable for courier delays or customs holding.
